Choose a destination
You probably already know which destination interests you. Then first choose your destination. At the moment we have 4 destinations : South Africa, Thailand, Costa Rica and Florida. But every year there will be new destinations that we visited with our own children and worked out for you.
02. 
Choose your building blocks
We have arranged small trips of usually 3 days, these are our building blocks. You can combine different building blocks until you composed your own beautiful tour. In almost all the building blocks we’ve included a special experience for you and your children.
You will store these building blocks in a shopping basket, you will add the necessary information that is important to calculate the price (e.g. the period or how many children and how old they are). Then send it to Kiddotravel.
If you prefer to work quickly and choose a tour that we have already worked out: put the tour in your shopping cart, add your details and send it to Kiddotravel.
To be perfectly clear: if you put something in your shopping basket, you don’t commit to anything at all, but just request a quotation.
03. 
Receive a proposal
If you have stored your building blocks in your shopping basket and sent it to Kiddotravel with the necessary data from you, you will first receive a phone call within 3 working days, in which the trip is discussed in order to adapt it perfectly to your family, followed by a detailed proposal with a matching budget by e-mail. It will be fully adapted to your trip that you have composed for your family.
You can also save a pre-defined tour in your shopping cart and send it to us. We’ll also call you to see if anything needs to be changed and you’ll receive the quotation in your mailbox.
04. 
And here we go!
After the quotation has been fully personalized, your family is enthusiastic, everything will be finalized and booked at the destination. An invoice will be sent to you, and once the deposit has been paid, the booking is confirmed.
