You will arrive at your lodge which is located on Leasure Island, an island near Knysna. Leisure Island is a great choice for travellers who love beach walks and peace and quiet. For example, there’s Bollard Bay, a very child-friendly beach on Leasure Island. It is located in the lagoon, very safe for swimming. You will find it on the southern side of the island. Buffels Bay beach as well, is very nice and quiet for families with children.

The Xhosa population lives in the Knysna-township. On a tour of about 2 to 3 hours you will visit the Xhosa population. You go to a township and get information about how they live there.
