Day 1: Arrival at Hermanus
Your guest house is centrally located, just a 5 minute walk from the village, the restaurants and the famous cliff paths where you can watch whales in the right season. You can also make beautiful walks in Hermanus.
Day 2: Spotting whales !
If you want to spot whales, come at the right time. The season to see these wonderful sea creatures is from June/July to December. Then the whales come to Hermanus to give birth to their young. You will make a cruise of 1.5 up to 3 hours. The guide gives a lot of information about the life in the sea, so it will be an instructive experience. It’s not just about whales, you will also see a lot of dolphins.
Day 3: Departure from Hermanus
Today you continue your trip and you can discover the building block in Stellenbosch: “Taste the most delicious grape juices (and wine for the parents)”.
