Day 1: Arrival at Drakensberg Mountains
As soon as you arrive in Drakensbergen you can immediately enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. Take a walk and enjoy the many panoramas along the way. You stay in a beautiful lodge with a lovely swimming pool and an incredibly beautiful view.
Day 2: Zooming through Drakensberg Mountains with the zipline
“Zooming through the Drakensberg Mountains” is a special 3 to 4 hour eco-adventure in the native Blue Grotto Forest in the Central Drakensberg Mountains. You zoom from platform to platform. In the meantime you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Drakensberg Mountains, waterfalls and rivers. Don’t forget to try to spot the more than 100 bird species living there. You will for sure feel a bit jumpy in your stomach: by zipping over the valleys and by enjoying the impressive views.
Day 3: Departure from Drakensbergen
If you drive back to Durban you can take the flight to Port Elisabeth and start the garden route with the building block “Have you ever seen so many elephants?”, “Taste delicious oysters in Knysna” or “Have a fun day with the Xhosa people”.
