Trekking with children through Maewang National Park

At 08h30 the guide will pick you up at the hotel for the drive to Maewang National Park (takes +- 1h30). Feel free to discuss your desired difficulty level with the guide! That way it is guaranteed to be a fun trip for everyone. A basic trekking starts with a stop at the local tribe. You have some time to explore the village and meet the locals. This is followed by a half-hour hike through forests and over hills to a picturesque waterfall. Take a refreshing dip and enjoy a picnic in picturesque surroundings. You will then hike for about 2-3 hours past beautiful scenery to Maewang Base Camp where the driver will be waiting to take you to the Maewang River to end the day with a bamboo rafting trip. The driver will be waiting at the end point for the drive back to the hotel around 5pm.

You will depart for the next building block. Choose Chiang Rai and explore the golden triangle in your private longtail boat , take “a trip on the rickshaw and visit the elephants in Chiang Mai”, or go cycling through Bangkok.
